We had the pleasure of partnering with Husky Technologies to cover their booth at ProPak Asia 2025 (IMPACT Bangkok, 4 days). Our mission was to showcase their new product demos and capture genuine client engagement—delivered in near real time, so they could keep the buzz alive throughout the exhibition.
🎯 Objectives & Scope
Showcase product demos and booth visitors engagement
Capture both photo & video assets
🚀 Delivery:
Daily: ~20 retouched photos daily (within hours of shooting) and, each evening, a full set of ~120 photos plus a 30–40 sec highlights video.
Total: ~400 photos and 7 videos, including standalone client testimonial clips
⚠️ Highlights & Challenges
Tight timelines: all photos were retouched and videos edited the same day to fuel same-evening social posts.
Smooth coordination on-site to hit every key demo and client interaction.
